美寶胃腸膠囊維持胚胎小白鼠小腸組織植塊存活及重新組合成粘膜組織
[摘 要]:目的:通過(guò)體外檢測(cè)美寶胃腸膠囊(GIC)對(duì)胚胎小白鼠小腸器官型植塊生長(zhǎng)的作用以探索GIC修復(fù)粘膜損傷的機(jī)理。方法:體外培養(yǎng)胚胎小白鼠小腸器官型植塊,并將所有植塊分為兩組:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組的小腸器官型植塊能很好地維持存活,并有大量的單個(gè)細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞克隆以及片狀粘膜組織塊長(zhǎng)出,生長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間長(zhǎng),生長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)好;而對(duì)照組的小腸器官型植塊均很快歸于死亡。二者差異極為顯著。結(jié)論:GIC能夠維持胚胎小白鼠小腸器官型植塊的存活,并能促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖,某種程度上維持組織的完整性,重新組合成粘膜組織,此結(jié)果可能與GIC激活上皮干細(xì)胞有關(guān)。

[Abstract]:
Objective:
To research on the reparative mechanism of GIC on intestinal lesion
through examining the effect of on the survival and cell growth
of organ-type explants of intestinal tissue of mouse embryo.
Methods: Cultured the organ-type explants of mouse intestinal
tissue in vitro, all the explants were divided into two groups:
test group and control group.
Results: Explants could survive in test group. Single cells,
cell clones and tissue pieces could grew out of the explants and
grew long and well in test group. Conclusion: could maintain
survival of intestinal explants and promote growth of cells from
intestinal explants of mouse embryo and this process may be involved
in the activation of epithelial stem cells.

大量臨床實(shí)踐顯示,GIC可能也是通過(guò)激活粘膜上皮干細(xì)胞、促進(jìn)組織細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)的機(jī)理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)損傷粘膜修復(fù)的,為了證明這一觀點(diǎn),我們特設(shè)計(jì)了本實(shí)驗(yàn)。
